Prior to Move In
Before move-in, be sure to check your assigned move-in time—sent via email over the summer. These times are designed to keep the process running smoothly. You'll also need to complete your Move-In Checklist, available in your Resident Portal under Messages & Alerts and sent via email. This must be completed before you can receive your keys.
Move-in Essentials
As you prepare for the big day, we recommend packing a separate tote bag with your must-have essentials—things you’ll want easy access to during the move. Make sure your move-in checklist is complete!

When you arrive
Move-in made easy — Check in at our leasing office located at 1916 Oxford Street.
When you arrive at our leasing office, our team will be there to greet and guide you through the process. Please bring a valid government issued form of identification and make sure your move-in checklist is complete! Once we verify everything, we will hand you your keys and welcome you to the Berkeley Collection!
Parking
Property garages will be available for those who have reserved parking for their lease term. As our garage spaces are limited, we are unable to open them to mass move in use. There is metered street parking available at each property. Please be advised that the City of Berkeley does monitor street parking and they are not afraid to give tickets! U-hauls and other large vehicles are not permitted in the garages.
Inventory & Condition
Once you’ve received your keys, the Aspire team will upload an electronic Inventory & Condition Form to your resident portal. This required checklist must be completed within 72 hours. You'll walk through your apartment, room by room, documenting and photographing any pre-existing damage or imperfections you notice. This step is important—it ensures our team is aware of any existing issues and helps protect you from being held responsible for damages that weren’t caused by you at move-out.
