Move-Out Date & Time
Your official move-out date is July 31st at 11:59 pm. While you’re welcome to move out earlier if needed, please remember that your lease responsibilities remain in place through the end of the lease term. In accordance with your lease agreement, all residents must vacate their apartments on or before July 31st. Unfortunately, late move-outs cannot be accommodated, and remaining in the unit past this date may result in holdover status as outlined in California Law. Please also note that moving out early does not release you from your lease obligations, including rent through the full lease term.
